CANCELLATION | RESCHEDULE

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. To ensure a timely and efficient service for all clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your appointment, but we may need to reschedule to avoid disrupting our schedule.

To minimize the risk of late arrivals and potential rescheduling, please plan your travel time carefully and allow for any unexpected delays.

To accommodate unforeseen circumstances, we allow one (1) reschedule per appointment.

Rescheduling Guidelines:

• 24-Hour Notice: Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment will not incur any additional fees. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.
• Reschedule Timeframe: Rescheduled appointments must be made within 60 days of the original appointment date.
• Forfeiture of Deposit: If you need to reschedule beyond the 60-day timeframe or exceed your one-time reschedule allowance, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

Please note that these policies are in place to ensure fairness for all clients and to maintain a smooth scheduling process.

Clients who've failed to provide the required 24 hours notice or do not show up for their appointment will be considered a "Late Cancellation" or "No-Show." 

• Forfeiture of Deposit: Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit.
• Additional Deposit: To secure a new appointment, an additional deposit equal to the original amount will be required.
